Regulations
ADJUDICATOR’S
REQUIREMENTS:
A copy of OWN CHOICE items must
be provided to the Secretary/Convenor prior to the session, clearly marked with SECTION number and COMPETITOR number.
COMPETITORS:
a) Competitors
must mark their names off at the front desk prior to the appropriate session.
b)
All sections are OWN CHOICE.
c)
Novice is a for competitors who have never received a 1st, 2nd
or 3rd place in ANY Speech/Drama section at ANY
eisteddfod/festival to date.
d)
Competitors entered in ‘Novice Humorous’ are NOT eligible for
‘Humorous’.
e)
Presentations are NOT to be costumed nor acted, except for DRAMA
sections.
f)
J.J.Richards Memorial Scholarship competitors MUST enter 296
(Selection from Shakespeare).
g)
J.J.Richards Memorial Scholarship – see section 297.

Any Competitor deemed to be in breach of a Section’s Regulations
will be furnished with an Adjudicator’s Report containing comments only.
Entry fee $9.00
A copy of Poem or prose items

2. NO
school bags to be taken into the auditorium. This will allow more room for
students.
3. Students are not to
consume food or drink in the auditorium, please.
4. No section will be
delayed because of the late arrival of ANY choir. Choirs arriving
late may perform ‘out of the section’ for adjudicator’s comments ONLY.
